Before Starting Treatment:
1. Remove any jewelry from the target areas to prevent the risk of electrical burns, redness, or irritation.
Step 1: Preparing the Trays:
– For hands treatment:
– Place three layers of folded towels in the upper tray.
– Place four layers of folded towels in the lower tray.
– Do not touch the towels on either tray.
– For foot treatment, no towel folding is necessary.
Step 2: Filling the Trays:
– Carefully fill both treatment trays with tap water.
– Use approximately 250 ml (8.5 fl. oz.) of water per tray for hand treatment.
– Ensure the water level is not higher than the barrier when placing your hand or hands in the tray.
– Make sure the sweaty skin intended for treatment is in contact with the water.
– Use water at a temperature between room temperature and warm (20-40 °C / 70-105 °F) according to your comfort.
Step 3: Starting the Treatment:
– Power on the device and set the treatment mode to automatic (the default setting).
– Choose a voltage setting, typically between 12v and 15v, to begin your treatment.
– The treatment will commence when your hand or foot is placed in the water.
– The device supports treatment for one hand, two hands, both hands, or feet simultaneously.
– Ensure that the current (I=) reads as 00.0mA before immersing your hands or feet in the water.
Note:
– Using a slightly higher, yet still comfortable, current may help you achieve quicker results.
